A certified Life and Weight Loss Coach through The Life Coach School and Corinne Crabtree’s No BS Weight Loss University, she guides clients to end overeating, beat cravings, and build confidence through mindset-based coaching.
At 50, Nan became a bodybuilder, lost three dress sizes, and found new strength and joy in her body. She lives in Paris with her husband, two bilingual kids, and her sweet cat, Eva. When she’s not coaching, she loves walking the streets of Paris, reading, lifting weights, and watching The Big Bang Theory.
Her approach is simple, kind, and deeply effective: no deprivation, no obsession — just freedom, strength, and lasting self-respect.
